Oscar

Oscar is an adorable chihuahua who is shy at first but will warm up to you fast - especially if you have treats!  I guess his story is that he was part of a family, but then the couple had a baby and decided they didn't want Oscar because of the baby, so Oscar was "let go" through no fault of his own.
